Associate Director, Patient Access and Technology; AES
Requirements:
· B.A. or B.S. degree
· Previous experience comparable 10+ years; or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
· 5+ years of management responsibility
· Experience leading improvement projects that require cross-functional members, specifically with IT
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Access) is essential
· Ability to understand and analyze complex logical interactions
· Exposure or familiarity with programming language or writing and carrying out QA test plans for software preferred
· Knowledge of medical terminology helpful but not required
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask
· Demonstrated ability to train, coach and manage staff skills and the ability to lead in a multi-disciplinary team setting, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across all functional groups within the company.
