Biostatistician
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field and two (2) years of experience as a Statistician or related role. Experience must include (skills can be gained through successful completion of graduate-level coursework): Statistical programming (SAS or R) - 1 year; Statistical principles and methodology - 2 years; Principles of statistical inference, including hypothesis testing and deriving estimates - 2 years; Parametric models and techniques - 2 years; Non-parametric modeling techniques - 2 years; Principles of sample size calculations needed for comparing two samples - 2 years; and Principles of design of experiments in introducing conditions designed to affect an outcome of interest - 2 years.
