Digital Campaign Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics or similar
· Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience executing and growing complex, direct-response campaigns in challenging verticals
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong familiarity with highly time-sensitive campaigns, fast-changing audiences and geographic targets
Very strong analytical, creative and problem-solving capabilities
Extensive end-to-end campaign management experience (research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, optimization, etc.)
Consultant-level expertise in Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.
Demonstrated success executing campaigns with other major Ad Networks/Ad Exchanges/DSP/etc.
Proactive identification of opportunities for process improvement, optimization, insight and expansion
Reporting, analysis with a focus on actionable takeaways for department-wide and company-wide distribution
Keyword development, ad copy creation & testing
Building and strengthening relationships with AdWords Account Representatives
Attribution of multiple touch-points and channels
Research on competitive landscape and opportunities to scale
Ability to align campaigns with business goals
Partnering with internal teams (creative, social, analytics, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
International (outside US) paid search and display
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience (content creation, strategy, keyword research, etc.)
Digital retargeting via self-serve system
Experience with website conversion optimization
Affiliate network management
