Purpose: 


The Digital Online Manager will be responsible for the strategy related to the organization’s digital marketing channels, end-to-end campaign management, and all associated testing and reporting analytics.

 

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  •          Manage end-to-end campaigns in Google Ad-words as well as other online marketing platforms, including: research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, and optimization.
  •          Research and launch of new multimedia platforms for expanded outreach to patients.
  •         Build campaign management processes for use by all digital tactics.
  •          Management of internal online digital team.  Responsible for performance-based goal management and delivery.

Qualifications: 


Minimum Required Education and Experience: 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics or similar

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience executing and growing complex, direct-response campaigns in challenging verticals

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong familiarity with highly time-sensitive campaigns, fast-changing audiences and geographic targets
  • Very strong analytical, creative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Extensive end-to-end campaign management experience (research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, optimization, etc.)
  • Consultant-level expertise in Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.
  • Demonstrated success executing campaigns with other major Ad Networks/Ad Exchanges/DSP/etc.
  • Proactive identification of opportunities for process improvement, optimization, insight and expansion
  • Reporting, analysis with a focus on actionable takeaways for department-wide and company-wide distribution
  • Keyword development, ad copy creation & testing
  • Building and strengthening relationships with AdWords Account Representatives
  • Attribution of multiple touch-points and channels
  • Research on competitive landscape and opportunities to scale
  • Ability to align campaigns with business goals
  • Partnering with internal teams (creative, social, analytics, etc.)

 

Preferred Experience:

  • International (outside US) paid search and display
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience (content creation, strategy, keyword research, etc.)
  • Digital retargeting via self-serve system
  • Experience with website conversion optimization
  • Affiliate network management
