Digital Campaign Manager- Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES)
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years)
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- International (outside US) paid
search and display experience
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience (content creation, strategy, keyword research, etc.)
- Digital retargeting experience via self-serve system
- Experience with website conversion optimization
- Affiliate network management experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong familiarity with highly time-sensitive campaigns, fast-changing audiences and geographic targets
- Very strong analytical, creative and problem-solving capabilities
- Extensive end-to-end campaign management experience (research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, optimization, etc.)Consultant-level expertise in Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.
- Demonstrated success executing campaigns with other major Ad Networks/Ad Exchanges/DSP/etc.
- Proactive identification of opportunities for process improvement, optimization, insight and expansion
- Reporting, analysis with a focus on actionable takeaways for department-wide and company-wide distribution
- Keyword development, ad copy creation & testing
- Building and strengthening relationships with Ad Words Account Representatives
- Attribution of multiple touch-points and channels
- Research on competitive landscape and opportunities to scale
- Ability to align campaigns with business goals
- Partnering with internal teams (creative, social, analytics, etc.)
