Executive Director / VP, Enrollment Solutions Strategy- Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES)
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred
- 15 years of direct marketing and acquisition experience across online and offline channels
- Proven experience with integrating a comprehensive marketing strategy and implementing solutions to execute that strategy
- 10+ years of experience with direct response marketing methods, concepts, and measurements
- Experience in core-basic-business management processes with a lot of potential and a variety of experiences to assist with cross-functional management
- Broad exposure to the business environment across multiple organizations, multinational experience and experienced in business process optimization
- Experience leveraging organizational leadership to deliver scalable and self-sustain performance improvement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Executive presence with demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development
- Strong intellectual curiosity, raw intellectual horsepower and structured critical thinking ability
- Creative problem solving with the ability to form and articulate options and recommendations qualitatively AND quantitatively
- Deep critical thinking, structured problem solving and analysis skills, ability to develop frameworks to evaluate and recommend cross-functional opportunities, options and solutions.
- Proven presentation development and delivery skills. Familiarity with internal and external cross-functional-business communications and alignment techniques, and ability to learn new techniques and practices (e.g., Minto Pyramid Principle, data visualization practices, Clarity Handbook/Toolkit)
- Think out of the box, work cross-functionally across the organization, do the analysis/math required to determine the best way to engage and lead our organization (Acurian, Synexus, AES, PPD) to deliver on our client commitments.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Exhibits a dedicated focus on analytics and testing to demonstrate marketing performance improvements objectively and their subsequent cost reductions
- Knowledge of A/B and multi-variable testing methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, managerial, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision and lead and participated in a team in a variety of capacities that may be required to ensure timely delivery of timeline assignments and/or resolution to current issues
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Experience with application and technology configuration a plus
- PMP Certification a plus
- Knowledge of the clinical trial process a plus
- Understanding of FDA, cGCP, and ICH guidelines a plus
- Working knowledge and understanding of drug development and clinical trial process preferred
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Long, varied hours required as business dictates
- Frequent and unpredictable travel may be needed; appx 25-50%
- Work is performed in an office setting with frequent exposure to electrical equipment
- Required to carry company provided cell phone
- Role reports into Philadelphia.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated
- movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Frequent mobility required
- Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop
- computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the shelf
