Lead Salesforce Developer- Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES)
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce lead development with architectural experience
- Willingness to interact with clients on a regular basis.
- Must have previous experience in a Tech Lead role with Architecting responsibilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and self-accountability.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prefer Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications
- Expertise developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Expertise developing customer-facing Salesforce user interfaces
- Expertise with Salesforce DX
- Proficient with Apex and Visualforce development
- Proficient with SOQL and SOSL
- Expertise with Salesforce Data Modeling and Management
- Expertise using Salesforce ecosystem APIs
- Expertise integrating with 3rd party APIs
- Expertise using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and deliverable actions based on project requirements.
- Must have integration experience between Salesforce to other applications.
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Long, varied hours required occasionally
- Required to participate in on-call rotation as rotation requires
- Some travel may be needed; 10%
- Frequent exposure to electrical equipment
- Required to carry company provided laptop and cell phone
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
- Frequent mobility required.
- Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
