Minimum Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a role with comparable responsibilities.
Experience in life sciences R&D, particularly within clinical trials/clinical services, is highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Very strong data analysis knowledge and capabilities required. Ability to integrate data from disparate sources, filter and clean data, analyze data using pivot tables and other tools, and ability to structure analytical outputs for easy absorption and interpretation by executive stakeholders.
Proven qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts and obtain a deep understanding of fundamental business drivers.
Strong information sourcing skills required.
Strong writing and communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills required, and ability to work effectively with multiple groups/departments (sales, marketing, senior management, etc.).
