The successful candidate will have the following combination of education, experience, knowledge and skills: 


Bachelor’s degree in a life science area

Experience of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Communications operations in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.

Minimum of 5 years Pharmacovigilance auditing experience, may also consider a minimum of 5 years Pharmacovigilance operations experience with experience of being audited.

Experience of leading audits and teams of auditors

Desirable to be ISO Lead Auditor trained

Desirable to have specific PV Auditor training (e.g. RQA/Practical PV auditing)

Thorough knowledge and understanding of Global Pharmacovigilance regulations and Guidelines

Average negotiation and conflict management skills

Full unrestricted driving license

Proven flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and workload

This role will require some global travel, approximately 30% so you must have the willingness and flexibility to commit to this.
