Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years’ including experience managing projects through all aspects of a project life cycle) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
  • Project management certification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in the key principles of cross-functional project management (ex: time, quality, cost)
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven track record of strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels
  • Critical thinker with solid judgment and strong initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence collaboration across multiple and diverse groups
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and be a creative and innovative problem solver
  • Ability to delegate, effectively prioritize own and project team members workload
  • Ability to effectively use automated systems and computerized applications such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, or other QMS frameworks
  • Familiar with formal change management processes and methods (Prosci or similar approach)
