Qualifications: 

Minimum Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or commensurate work experience.
  • 5+ years previous administration experience with Salesforce holding Administration Certification (ADM201 and ADM211)
  • 2+ years project management experience preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Configure Salesforce environment (e.g., Tier1, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and App Exchange products ensuring alignment with overall technical solution.
  • Align with Product Managers, Support and Training resources to ensure solution aligns with business objectives and promotes adoption
  • Partner with Development, Data and Support Teams on solutions and maintenance
  • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce such as data.com a PLUS.

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Results oriented person who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Out of the regular project management skills, coupled with analytical skills are something which is a must to take any action with respect to the wished changes and organized customizations.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands. Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and pragmatism.

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Long, varied hours required occasionally
  • Required to participate in on-call rotation as rotation requires
  • Some travel may be needed; 10%
  • Frequent exposure to electrical equipment
  • Required to carry company provided laptop and cell phone

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day. 
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.  
  • Frequent mobility required.
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.    
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups.  
  • Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals.  Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.  Ability to perform under stress.  Ability to multi-task.  
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
