Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to

5+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL, etc.), Web Development Languages, Scripting Languages (JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, etc.), and Secure Coding Best Practices.

Excellent knowledge of basic relational database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) and languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL.)
Expert in debugging (Browser, Managed Code, Operating Systems.)
Able to learn and adhere to PPD specific Computer System Lifecycle Management Procedures and Processes.
Familiarity with the following: IIS, Windows & Linux/Unix Server Apache, Azure DevOPs, Vulnerability Mitigation.
Following skills highly preferred: Validated System Experience, Working with external Vendors, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Business Analysis, Project Management.
