Systems Admin
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
- Thorough knowledge of two or more technology services (Server – Windows/Linux; Data Centers; Storage; Virtualization; Messaging; Global Operations Management; Citrix; and Cloud platforms)
- Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, Linux, and storage platforms
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of three or more technology services (Server – Windows/Linux; Data Centers; Storage; Virtualization; Messaging; Global Operations Management; Citrix; and Cloud platforms)
- Ability to cross-train new and existing employees
- Ability to provide advanced trouble-shooting and maintenance of servers
- Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
- Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
- Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
- Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
